MONDAY to FRIDAY: 9am-11.30am, 4.30pm-6.30pm
SATURDAY and SUNDAY: 9am-11am for collections, 9am-12 noon for arrivals.
BANK HOLIDAYS: closed.

Prices
All prices are subject to VAT at 20%
Standard accommodation
- One cat, £10.80
- Two cats sharing, £16.00
- Three cats sharing, £20.90
- Four cats sharing, £23.60
Suites with larger accommodation, cat play stations and some with additional heating
- Suites accommodating 1 - 2 cats, £19.80
- Suites accommodating 3 - 4 cats, £24.20
- Suites accommodating up to 5 cats, £25.70
- Suites accommodating up to 6 cats, £29
Prices are per day. Afternoon arrivals and morning collections are charged per half day providing they are specified when you book.
Minimum Charges
There is a minimum fee equivalent to two days boarding rising to three days over any part of a weekend, five days over weekends in July, August, September and bank holidays, and seven days over Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Cancellations
We regret that cancellations less than two weeks before the start of your stay (eight weeks at Christmas), or if you fail to bring your cat in for your booking, will be charged at full rate unless we can re-let the accommodation. Cancellations outside the two week period will be charged at £20 for normal runs and £40 for suites.
Veterinary Cover
Prices include insurance for £1250 of veterinary cover with a £80 excess payable (pre-existing conditions and dental are not covered).
Please ensure you transport your cat in a secure carrier.
